Memberships are not required and there are no additional fees outside of the services provided for you.

Our subscriptions are based on your training frequency. For example, If you commit to training 2 sessions per week you will be sold 8 sessions per bill. This roughly accounts for the amount of sessions you should use in a month.

Once you use up the amount of sessions purchased, you will be automatically billed for the next set of sessions,: kind of like a reusable punch card of sessions. 

There is no long-term commitment; the subscription can be cancelled at anytime before the renewal but payments are non-refundable once processed.

All sessions purchased expire 12 months after the purchase date. 

You can cancel anytime. Simply send an email to hello@zenithyyc.com asking to cancel your subscription. Sessions can be used until the expiration date after you cancel your subscription. 

There is free parking out front of the facility and down the side street.

• Private and Semi-Private sessions are customized for the client based on limitations, injuries, goals, age, experience, etc. That being said, a typical session starts with 5-10 minutes of an individualized warm-up followed by a hand-picked selection of exercises customized to your specific needs and goals.
  
• Team/Group sessions are customized based on the needs of the group. Every client in the group will do the same workout tracking their progress individually. Individual client modifications are made based on injuries and limitations. 5-10 minute warmup followed by hand-picked selection of exercises customized to the specific needs and goals of the group. 

All Consultations, Private Training, Semi-Private Training, and Team Training sessions are 60 minutes. Team Performance Testing sessions are 90 minutes. 

Private Training sessions are exclusive between you and your trainer. Semi-Private Training sessions are up to 4 clients total. Team Training sessions are up to a maximum of 20 clients. 

The minimum age at which we start working with clients is 8 years old.
