Your Roadmap to Fitness
Memberships are not required and there are no additional fees outside of the services provided for you.
Our subscriptions are based on your training frequency. For example, If you commit to training 2 sessions per week you will be sold 8 sessions per bill. This roughly accounts for the amount of sessions you should use in a month.
Once you use up the amount of sessions purchased, you will be automatically billed for the next set of sessions.
There is no long-term commitment; the subscription can be cancelled at anytime but payments are non-refundable once processed.
Subscription sessions expire 90 days after the sale date.
There is free parking out front of the facility and down the side street.
- Private and Semi-Private sessions are customized for the client based on limitations, injuries, goals, age, experience, etc. That being said, a typical session starts with 5-10 minutes of an individualized warm-up followed by a hand-picked selection of exercises customized to your specific needs and goals.
- Team/Group sessions are customized based on the needs of the group. Every client in the group will do the same workout tracking their progress individually. Individual client modifications are made based on injuries and limitations. 5-10 minute warmup followed by hand-picked selection of exercises customized to the specific needs and goals of the group.
